The Challenge
When we first began looking for a better cleaning management system we had 3 main challenges we were looking to overcome:

The Solution
The IMS System was the only solution that integrated both the scheduling component with the iClean System, with a really solid microfibre component that allowed us to have the complete system from one provider.
The first improvements we noticed after rolling out was much improved ATP scores on surfaces, particularly on high-use touchpoints.
The Impact
What the technology allows us to do is have really effective oversight of the completion rate of cleaning, but then see the completion data for every home. For a large national group that’s spread over multiple locations with over 1,000 cleaners that information is very powerful.
I can tell at any given time, in any given home how many rooms have been cleaned. It really helps the site managers be able to monitor the cleaning at a glance.
