We don’t guarantee website links or policies of authorized third parties.

We collect your Personal Information primarily to provide our services to you, provide information to our clients, and for marketing. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing.

When we collect Personal Information, we will explain why we are collecting the information and how we intend to use it where appropriate and possible.

Minimal Personal Data Collected

The Personal Data collected within the iClean system is minimal and includes only area names, their cleaning status, a cleaner's first name, and the highest level of private information collected is a web user’s email address. We design iClean as a low-risk system, particularly in the health space, where the protection of Personal Health Information (PHI) is a concern.

Sensitive Information

Sensitive information includes data such as an individual’s racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership in political or trade associations, religious or philosophical beliefs, criminal record, or health information. Sensitive information will only be used by us for:

  • The primary purpose for which it was obtained;

  • A secondary purpose that is directly related to the primary purpose;

  • With your consent; or

  • Where required or authorized by law.

Device Information Collection

We collect and store device information, including IP addresses, device types, and other relevant data as part of our internal system monitoring and management. These processes are in line with industry standards to ensure the smooth operation of our services.

Data stored in the iClean system can be exported or accessed via our Reporting API before the termination of the system. You may also request the deletion of your data from iClean Technology's internal systems at the end of your contract, in compliance with GDPR guidelines.

You may access your Personal Information held by us and request updates or corrections, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact us in writing. There is no fee for accessing your Personal Information, but we may charge an administrative fee for providing copies.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. If you believe the information we hold is inaccurate or outdated, please notify us so we can update our records.
