Pretty quick! As soon as we receive your documentation (schedules, clean types & area types) we will start loading. Typically this is turned around in about a week. From there we run a supervisor training session and a cleaner training session and you’re good to go.

The Hospitality Suite inlcudes access to 5 real-time reports covering a range of areas including Daily Progress to see where your cleaners are up to at any point of the day, a General Report, to pull detailed information from all cleans and dashboards to compare scheduled v actual times for cleans done, Site Analytics and Completion Statistics.

The iClean costs are simple regardless of the type of set up. There is a Site Implementation fee for the initial onboarding and then a monthly cost per trolley/run sheet based on a user scale. The iClean Hospitality Suite works on all mobile devices regardless of whether they are Android or Apple, tablets or mobile devices. Our audits and scheduling are also able to be completed online on our website.

Our clients continue to own all of their data input and collected by the system, whether it be your cleaning analytics or evidence collected in audits, it’s all yours and available to be exported at any time. What we own is the system itself that provides this information to you.
