iClean Progress Report Updates

The new progress report with allow supervisors who are more office based to be able to redistribute the workload from the Web Portal.

Through the Web Portal, supervisors can now:

• Reassign rooms or areas between trolleys

• Move cleaning tasks to the next day schedule

The default page gives an overview of all trolleys and their current progress for the day.

From this view, you can:

·      See each trolley’s progress percentage

·      Select individual trolleys to make changes

·      Apply filters to focus on specific groups or shifts

Reassign Work Page

Click on the Reassign Work button to the right of the screen to access your editing space.

The Reassign Work page is where you can make updates and move areas between trolleys. Click on the arrow next to one or multilple trolleys to move incomplete cleans onto a new trolley. At the bottom of the list of trolley’s is a Move Rooms button. Click on this to select where you would like your cleans to be moved.

Confirm Areas to Move & Select Destination Pop Up

When you click Move Rooms, a pop-up window appears to help confirm and complete your changes. You will see 2 options for moving areas, move by trolley or move in bulk.

Move by Trolley

The Move by Trolley option allows users to select one Trolley’s missed areas (Not Started & Not Cleaned) and move them onto a different trolley.

Trolleys will be listed in Alphabetical + Numerical order, from the trolleys that were selected. All trolleys have a dropdown arrow on the left of them to allow users to see exactly which areas will be moved.

Dropdown to Confirm Rooms

The Confirm Areas Dropdown Shows in order:

• Section

• Area

• Clean Type

• Not Cleaned Reason (If applicable)

• x to remove areas if they don’t need to be moved

Move Rooms Today or Tomorrow

At the bottom of the pop up are two buttons.

·      Move Rooms Today (highlighted in your primary colour)

·      Move Rooms to Tomorrow – schedules the rooms for the next day’s Runsheet

One you confirm, the rooms are reassigned and you will return to the Progress Report in edit mode. The new updates should reflect when they are looking at the progress report.
